ServiceNow ITOM Consultant

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated ServiceNow IT Operations Management Consultant to join our dynamic team. As a ServiceNow ITOM Consultant, you will play a crucial role in implementing, configuring, and optimizing ServiceNow ITOM solutions to meet the needs of our clients. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand their requirements, design effective solutions, and ensure successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and configure ServiceNow ITOM solutions, including Discovery, Event Management, Service Mapping, and Orchestration.
• Collaborate with clients to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and provide expert recommendations.
• Develop and maintain integration between ServiceNow ITOM and other enterprise systems.
• Conduct workshops and training sessions to educate clients on ITOM best practices and functionalities.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ServiceNow ITOM applications.
• Ensure... adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest ServiceNow features, technologies, and industry trends.
• Qualifications:
• At least 2 years of proven experience as a ServiceNow ITOM Consultant or similar role.
• Must be located in Canada
• In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow ITOM modules: Discovery, Event Management, Service Mapping, and Orchestration.
• Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and cloud technologies.
• Experience with scripting languages (JavaScript, PowerShell, etc.) and integration protocols (SOAP, REST, etc.).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
• ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified Implementation Specialist - ITOM) are highly desirable
