Job Summary...

We are seeking a highly skilled and certified ServiceNow Developer with expertise in Customer Service Management (CSM) to join our team. This is a remote position, open to US citizens, that focuses on developing and optimizing the ServiceNow platform to enhance customer service processes and solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and implement applications and modules on the ServiceNow platform, with a focus on Customer Service Management (CSM).
  • Customize and configure the ServiceNow instance to meet specific business requirements and enhance customer service capabilities.
  • Develop and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and other systems, ensuring seamless data flow and process automation.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
  • Optimize application performance and ensure scalable and efficient solutions.
  • Adhere to best practices in ServiceNow development and maintain high coding standards.
  • Create and maintain detailed documentation for developed applications and configurations.

Qualifications:

  • Must be a US citizen.
  • ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) and Certified Customer Service Management (CSM).
  • Proven experience in developing and configuring applications on the ServiceNow platform, with a strong focus on CSM.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide scripting, and web technologies. Experience with REST/SOAP APIs for integrations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with remote teams and stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment, managing time and tasks efficiently.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with additional ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, and SecOps.
  • Knowledge of ITIL best practices and methodologies.
  • Previous experience in a similar role within a large organization
