ServiceNow Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled and certified ServiceNow Customer Service Management (CSM) Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with ServiceNow Customer Service Management, be a Certified Application Developer (CAD), and possess in-depth knowledge of ServiceNow implementation and customization. This is a remote position, with a preference for... candidates located in the Dallas, Texas area.

Certification Requirements:

• Certified Application Developer (CAD)
• Certified ServiceNow Customer Service Management (CSM) Implementation Specialist
• Experience:
• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow, specifically in CSM.
• Proven track record of successful ServiceNow CSM implementations and customizations.
• Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, and other ServiceNow-specific languages and tools.
• Strong understanding of ITIL processes and their application within ServiceNow.
• Experience with web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and AngularJS.
• Soft Skills:
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $90,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
