Duration: 6 month contract +

What's the Job?

Responsible for participating in all phases of the development and maintenance life cycle, typically for an assigned business unit, client program, or corporate department, and utilizing various customer technology platforms. Primary duties may include but are not limited to: Develops relationships with the business to better understand business requirements. Develops knowledge in change request process and develops exhibits and other materials, under supervision. Assists in documenting limited business and technical requirements and coding of system components. Assists in developing unit test plans and is given specific tasks to support implementation plan. Develops the ability to provide on-call support and monitor the system. Facilitates small groups in peer code reviews and participates in vendor evaluation. Experience with multiple ServiceNow business applications is strongly preferred.

What's Needed?

• Experience configuring multiple (3+) major modules of ServiceNow including ITSM, ITOM (Discovery, Service Mapping, event Mgmt), SecOps Vulnerability Response, SecOps Security Incident Response.
• Knowledge of the ServiceNow app engine and the process for developing and supporting custom applications
• Hands on experience in Service Catalog/Service Portal modules.
• Experience with Advanced scripting, Performance Analytics, Reporting and other use case areas are highly desirable.
• Experience with Flow designer, Workspaces and UI Designer desirable.
• Ability to draft and document test plans for both a technical and business user audience.
• Ability to be flexible, adaptable and learn new concepts quickly.
