- Minimum 4 years of experience in ServiceNow as a developer
- Hands on experience in ServiceNow core concepts and scripting
- Hands on experience in developing/supporting scoped application
- Hands on experience in ServiceNow OOTB features like Change Management, Release Management
- Hands on experience in Dashboards, Reports, Service Catalog
- Gathering requirements from customer to convert them into defects, enhancements and stories
- Hands on experience in GRC, Service Portal, Integrations, Performance Analytics
- Coordinating with the peer developers and process teams from customer side for deployment of code, coordinating with technical specifications etc
- Experience in Agile Way of Working is an added advantage
- Good understanding on ITIL knowledge on ITSM processes
