Senior Specialist HR Servicenow

As a Senior Specialist HR ServiceNow, you will need to research and find new ways to make HR processes more efficient and stay updated with technical developments of the ServiceNow platform.

You will be responsible to create frameworks and guiding principles for system implementations and provide guidance to junior technical experts.

In your new role you will:

• Work in an agile global team consisting of HR and IT colleagues who aim to create maximum value to our customers by the automatization and digitalization of HR processes, services, and workflows in HR Service Delivery in ServiceNow**:
• Collaborate with HR and IT... counterparts in an agile way to analyze requirements and demands in detail , as well as research and propose complex technical solutions in ServiceNow:
• Act as a consultant and guide global HR stakeholders in their problem statements , conduct feasibility checks and provide guidance in requirement definition

• Create and estimate user stories, drive technical implementation in ServiceNow **(low code effort), conduct testing, manage deployment and support hyper care phase

• Support and guide team and junior colleagues and proactively create guidelines and processes for an efficient way of working You are highly motivated and have a pragmatic and solution-oriented approach to work. You are a natural team player who enjoys sharing knowledge with team members and providing guidance to others. You have excellent communication skills which enable you to grow sustainable relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Furthermore, you have high-quality standards for your work and excellent analytical skills that support your attention to detail and focus on delivery. You are best equipped for this task if you have:

• A degree in Business Administration, Computer Science or Information Technology , or equivalent field of studies

• At least 3-5 years of relevant experience within HR and IT departments **, ideally in an international environment

• High technical affinity and experience with HR tools

• Good Experience with HR digitalization (processes, services, workflows) in ServiceNow or similar software, mainly no/low-coding effort - relevant certifications is a plus

• Fluency in English, German is a plus
