POSITION SUMMARY

Beyond support duties, the ServiceNow Administrator engages in design and implementation activities such as gathering requirements, configuring settings, integrating components, and conducting testing. Collaborating with users, the Administrator contributes to the creation and modification of process workflows, reporting, and dashboards. Moreover, the role entails the development of knowledge, technical, and process documentation. Keeping abreast of new features and functionalities, the Administrator actively contributes to driving ongoing improvements.

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree from four-year college or university in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related discipline
- Three years of ITSM platform development, configuration, and administration experience in an enterprise environment
- Five years or more of relevant work experience
- Flexibility required in schedule and ability and willingness to provide after-hours support when necessary
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to write detailed documentation around processes, procedures, and day to day tasks
- Ability to independently work on projects through completion
- Maintain a high level of teamwork and communication across various IT and business groups

Preferred Qualifications
- ITIL Foundations v4 certification
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator
- Demonstrable knowledge of ServiceNow components such as Incident/Problem/Change Management, Asset Management, CMDB, Knowledge, Release Management, etc
- Excellent knowledge of ServiceNow Best Practices and ongoing knowledge of latest ServiceNow features required
