MX is looking to add a ServiceNow Developer to the Business Applications team. This position will be responsible for active participation in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives. Additionally, you will work with stakeholders to design, develop, and configure custom applications on the ServiceNow platform. You will perform platform administration, maintain and troubleshoot existing applications, and monitor platform health to proactively resolve issues. Providing support and guidance to stakeholders on platform functionality and best practices is essential. Candidates must have a ServiceNow Certified System Administrator certification, 2+ years of ServiceNow development experience, proficiency in JavaScript, and experience in agile environments; advanced certifications and skills in AngularJS are preferred.

Job Duties

• Actively participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Design, develop, and configure custom applications and enhancements on the ServiceNow platform.
• Perform platform administration activities as needed (e.g., instance upgrades, cloning, etc.).
• Maintain and troubleshoot existing applications and modules.
• Monitor platform health and performance, proactively resolving issues as they arise.
• Provide support and guidance to stakeholders on platform functionality and best practices.

Basic Job Requirements

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator.
• 2+ years of development experience in ServiceNow especially modules such as ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, WSD, and CSM.
• Proficient in JavaScript with demonstrable experience using ServiceNow APIs.
• Experience working in an agile development environment.
• Strong communication skills and team collaborative ability.

Advanced Job Requirement (preferred But Not Required)

• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer.
• ITIL v3 Foundation Certification.
• Experience developing Service Portal widgets using AngularJS.

Work Environment

At MX, our hybrid work arrangement style allows us to attract top talent and drive desired results through collaboration. In partnership with immediate leaders, MXers have an opportunity to utilize remote work and in-office days, determining which work arrangement is best to drive desired outcomes. Remote team members are expected to travel into the office four times per year, and MX covers travel expenses associated with this requirement. Compensation

The expected on-target earnings (OTE), which is comprised of a base salary and other forms of cash compensation, such as bonus or commissions is currently $94,500-$113,500. This pay range is just one component of MX's total rewards package. MX takes a number of factors into account when determining individual starting pay, including job and level they are hired into, location, skillset, peer compensation.
