Job Description:-

• Design and Implementation :
• Apply domain, architecture, and technical knowledge to satisfy requirements from KHC
• Develop technical solutions, including flows/workflows, documentation, and implementation guides.
• Define the architecture for ServiceNow implementations/configurations and oversee successful deployment.
• Propose integrations with other tools when possible.
• Review design from other vendors to be developed and deployed on the platform
• Strategic Guidance :
• Offer strategic recommendations on technical best practices and industry trends.
• Involvement in the Innovation process in how to improve current offerings and how to incorporate new functionalities and technology into existing platform
• Participate in requirement gathering meetings and provide input to developers.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and team members.
• Be a key participant and stakeholder for the Design Review Board
• Certifications Preferred :
• ServiceNow Certifications
• Skills and Requirements :
• Deep knowledge of ServiceNow solutions across all modules (in particular ITSM, HRSD, SPM, portal, analytics and latest advancements.
• Understanding of ITIL processes.
• Experience in architecting and deploying large-scale ServiceNow implementations.
• Strong analytical skills to identify problems and recommend business-oriented solutions
• Strong communication skills to be able to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audience to understand business value of solutions
