• Looking for a ServiceNow developer who can develop, document the overall platform design and help to analyze the impact of new requirements.
• Experience in enterprise platform architecture and development, with at 8+ years of experience in the ServiceNow platform.
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow development, administration and governance best practices.
• Understanding of agile methodologies and experience working in agile teams.
• ServiceNow certifications such as Certified System Administrator, Certified Implementation Specialist, Certified Application Developer, and Certified Master Architect.
• Ensures platform alignment with the business strategy.
• Provides consultative technical leadership to the platform team.
• Creates and maintains a detailed view of the existing architecture.
• Resolves technical escalations, including responding to defects.
• Often work as an integration expert in the absence of a dedicated role.
• Determines which integration method(s) will be used, integration directionality, and attributes.Participates in any data normalization required prior to being imported/inserted into ServiceNow.
