I'm looking for an experienced ServiceNow Team Leader / Scrum Master to join a leading consultancy that delivers technical innovation and digital transformation in the Public Sector.

You’must have worked on a number of ServiceNow transformations to be considered for this role.

Due to the nature of the role you will need to hold valid SC clearance or be willing and able to undergo the clearance process.

You will be leading large-scale transformation journey’s that have core ServiceNow deployments (incorporating multiple ServiceNow modules) as there focus. This will involve supervising projects that implement Service Management, Enterprise Asset Management, SPM, and the development of Now-based solutions from the ground up.

Due to the nature of the work you must either hold current SC clearance or be clearable at this... level in the UK.

You will be based out of one of the hubs of either Edinburgh, Manchester, Bristol,Milton Keynes or London , but you will spend the majority of your time working from home.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Craft a winning roadmap: Design, plan, and monitor the Servicenow change program, proactively resolving issues and ensuring platform support.
  • Champion clear communication: Liaise with key stakeholders, providing regular updates on progress and fostering transparency.
  • Deliver the right solution, every time: Collaborate with customers and the change team to guarantee the ideal solution is built and continuously improved.
  • Drive success and optimization: Ensure products and business services achieve success through continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Enforce service management best practices: Uphold agreed-upon Service Management standards within support and change teams.
  • Bridge the gap between vision and execution: Work with product owners and SMEs to translate objectives into tangible actions for the change team.
  • Master of the big picture: Oversee epic and backlog progress across the project portfolio, ensuring clear visibility.
  • Navigate dependencies with ease: Understand and articulate project interdependencies, prioritizing effectively for the Servicenow change program
