Director - ServiceNow Digital Platforms Team
Alexander Ash are working with a management consulting firm, aligned to a new growing Digital Platforms Practice with expertise across ServiceNow Transformation. This role offers a unique opportunity to be part of a pioneering initiative backed by substantial investment, aiming for significant growth over the next 2-3 years.
Hiring at Senior Manager and Director levels and must have management consulting expertise.
About the Role:
As a member of our ServiceNow Digital Platforms team, you will play a critical role in delivering strategic consulting services and driving business transformation for clients. We are looking for dynamic professionals who excel in both business development and project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- ServiceNow Expertise: Provide expert strategic and advisory consulting services, focusing on Employee Experience and Operational Resilience/Risk modules within the ServiceNow suite.
- Strategic Consulting... Develop and execute strategies to enhance employee experiences and align solutions with client business goals.
- Project Management: Lead end-to-end project management, ensuring timely and budget-compliant delivery.
- Client Collaboration: Work closely with clients to tailor ServiceNow solutions to their unique needs and build strong relationships with senior stakeholders.
- Workforce Transformation: Collaborate with the Workforce Transformation team to reshape and enhance clients' workforces.
- Business Development: For Senior Manager / Director level candidates, drive new business opportunities, create proposals, and expand market presence.
Requirements:
- Consulting Experience: Proven experience as a management consultant with a strong background in ServiceNow.
- Technical Proficiency: Adequate technical knowledge to effectively advise clients without being overly technical.
- Core Skills: Strong expertise in Employee Experience and Operational Resilience/Risk modules, beyond traditional IT Service Management (ITSM).
- Client Engagement: Ability to understand and address unique business challenges, providing tailored solutions.
- Commercial Acumen: For Senior Manager / Director level candidates, strong commercial skills and a network to drive new business opportunities.
