We specialise in ServiceNow and deliver best-in-class managed services for customers using the platform. Our business is scaling rapidly and we’re looking for an experienced Sales Development Representative to join our team.

In this role, you’ll be responsible for booking meetings for our ServiceNow Managed Services, reaching out to our target accounts through cold calls, emails and LinkedIn, letting them know the value our service could bring to their business. There is a big focus on cold calling in this role and we’re looking for someone with strong skills and experience of success in this area.

This role reports into our Marketing Director and sits within our Commercial organisation. You’ll work closely with members of both the marketing and sales team to drive UP3’s growth and deliver against our commercial goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Book qualified meetings for our ServiceNow Managed Service that will turn into opportunities and closed business
  • Cold calling –reaching out to prospects at your Target Accounts through cold calling
  • Outbound prospecting– multi-touch, multi-channel outreach via cold calling, email, social, campaigns etc.
  • HubSpot – use HubSpot to manage all leads and outbound activities, build sequences, make calls etc.
  • Cognism – use Cognism to profile target accounts and identify the right people to reach out to
  • Maintain consistently high levels of activity to ensure key deliverables are met
  • Research Target Accounts. Identify and research key decision-makers, market trends, competitive landscape and identify sales triggers
  • Follow up and engage with inbound enquiries/MQLs
  • Always learning. Stay up to date on the UP3 services, the ServiceNow marketplace and roadmap, target industries and emerging trends
  • Record and document all activity in HubSpot CRM
  • Support internal and external events with pre and post outreach
  • ServiceNow relationships to increase the profile of UP3 and generate leads from ServiceNow

Experience and skills required

Must haves

  • 1-2 years’ experience working as an SDR in B2B Software or Services Sales
  • Cold calling experience – this is a must. We’re looking for someone confident with evidence of successfully cold calling prospects and hitting meeting KPIs
  • Experience working with HubSpot
  • London Based. This is a hybrid role with 2/3 days a week in the office
  • Highly articulate. Confident speaking to senior decision-makers. Clear and concise communication. Fluent English
  • Proven experience qualifying prospects; with examples of where you’ve gathered valuable information about a prospect and connected their needs to the product or service you’re selling
  • Can do attitude – efficient and independent working style
  • Self starter who wants to own their own success and career progression
  • Creativity – a creative approach to your outreach; you’ll be someone who learns from talking to prospects and researching the market. You’re always looking for new ways to learn and improve and to make your message stand out
  • Curiosity – a natural desire to learn and understand prospects’ challenges to enable you to help solve them. A hunger to understand the industry and our business.
  • Proven track record of hitting targets
  • Interested in joining fast-paced, growing company and a desire to build your career at UP3

Bonus / nice to haves

  • Experience selling Managed Services and/or ServiceNow
  • Experience and evidence of running an omnichannel outbound approach
  • Experience using Cognism to research prospects
