ServiceNow Architect Consultant

Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced ServiceNow Architect to lead the design and implementation of innovative ServiceNow solutions for our clients. As a ServiceNow Architect, you will be responsible for architecting, developing, and optimizing custom applications, integrations, and workflows on the ServiceNow platform. You will collaborate closely with clients to understand... their business requirements, design effective solutions, and ensure successful implementation and adoption of ServiceNow technologies.

Responsibilities:

• Solution Architecture: Architect end-to-end ServiceNow solutions tailored to meet clients' business needs, leveraging your expertise in ServiceNow platform capabilities, best practices, and industry standards.
• Custom Application Development: Develop custom applications, modules, and workflows on the ServiceNow platform using JavaScript, GlideScript, HTML, CSS, AngularJS, and other development technologies to address complex business requirements.
• Integration Expertise: Design and implement integrations between ServiceNow and third-party systems and applications using REST, SOAP, MID Server, and other integration methods to enable seamless data flow and interoperability.
• Scripting and Automation: Create and maintain scripts, business rules, UI policies, client scripts, and scheduled jobs within ServiceNow to automate tasks, workflows, and business processes, improving efficiency and productivity.
• Service Portal Development: Design and customize ServiceNow Service Portal interfaces using AngularJS, Bootstrap, and other front-end technologies to enhance user experience and drive self-service adoption.
• Performance Analytics: Develop and implement performance analytics solutions within ServiceNow, including creating dashboards, scorecards, and KPIs to monitor and measure performance against business objectives.
• ITIL Best Practices: Apply ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) best practices and principles to design and optimize IT Service Management (ITSM) processes and workflows on the ServiceNow platform.
• Client Engagement: Collaborate closely with clients to understand their business requirements, provide expert guidance and recommendations, and ensure alignment between technical solutions and business objectives.
• Documentation and Knowledge Transfer: Create comprehensive technical documentation including architectural designs, solution specifications, and implementation guides, and provide knowledge transfer and training to clients' teams as needed.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Over 10 years of experience in IT, with a minimum of 5 years of experience architecting and implementing solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
• ITIL Foundation certification or higher, demonstrating a strong understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) principles and frameworks.
• ServiceNow certifications including Certified Master Architect (CMA), Certified Implementation Engineer (CIE), and Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in multiple domains.
• Expertise in developing custom applications, third-party system integrations, scripting and automation, service portal development, and performance analytics on the ServiceNow platform.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.
