Overview
We are looking for a highly motivated ServiceNow Solutions Architect and Developer to join our team. This position will directly report to the Director End User Experience and is responsible fortransforming our IT service delivery through the power of the ServiceNow platform.
In this exciting opportunity, you will leverage your in-depth knowledge of ServiceNow to:
- Design, develop, and implement cutting-edge solutions that streamline IT service management (ITSM) processes, automate tasks, and drive significant business value.
- Take the lead in revamping our current ServiceNow instance, ensuring optimal performance, scalability, and alignment with best practices.
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders to translate business requirements into exceptional technical solutions, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
About You
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 6+ years of experience with ServiceNow and 3+ years as a ServiceNow architect
- 4 years’ experience with Rest APIs
- 4 years’ experience with web-based development languages (JavaScript, HTML, CSS, AJAX, HTTP, XML)
- Prior experience in leadership role for ServiceNow architecture and design
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer certification preferred.
- Prior experience integrating ServiceNow to other applications and ability to adapt existing methods and procedures to create possible solutions to complex problems.
- Extensive experience driving large scale, complex global change initiatives and programs to a successful implementation
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodology
- Extensive experience working with clients to understand and document business requirements and implementing information technology solutions/initiatives/service automation that meet their business requirements
