Responsibilities:

• Engage with clients to assess their requirements and recommend tailored ServiceNow solutions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Information Technology).
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in implementing ServiceNow solutions.
• Proficiency in SQL and database management.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in diverse teams.
• ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified Implementation Specialist) preferred.
• Experience with ServiceNow application development is a plus.
