We are currently seeking an experienced ServiceNow Technical Architect with SC Clearance to join our team in London. This role involves defining the architecture and ensuring the successful deployment of ServiceNow solutions

. The Rol

• e:Provide domain, architecture, and technical aspects of projects to client
• s.Implementation experience in more than one of the following modules: ITSM, ITOM, SPM, IRM and IT
• AMOffer strategic recommendations on technical best practices and industry trend
• s.Analyze and estimate time required for designing, developing, and implementing technical solution
• s.Involved in creating the overall solution architecture and documentation ensuring the solution is technologically sound and adheres to current best practice guideline
• s.Collaborate with stakeholders and team member
• s.Develop system documentation, process flows, and design document
• s.Define the architecture of ServiceNow... implementations and oversee successful deploymen
• t.Propose integrations with other tool
• s.Manage upgrade cycles and implement new release functionalitie
