ServiceNow Engineer

Please join our team as a ServiceNow Developer to Optimize IT Operations: Streamlining processes with ServiceNow, Empower End Users, for Automation Architecture and take data-Driven Decisions

Responsibilities:

• Contribute to the overall development cycle to deliver value and successful outcomes
• Be empowered to lead aspects (e.g., demos/training/solutions) of the overall development to deliver value and successful outcomes
• Perform System Administration activities in support of the platform, including Release activities.
• Support and lead ways of working to ensure the execution of the development is delivered in a fun, positive and energetic way
• Have an awareness of the impact of the solutions you are providing to other areas of the platform
• Challenge the norm, transform ways of working and stimulate new ways of thinking and ensure the customer is at the heart of everything we do.

Requirements:

• 3 to 5 years’ experience
• Good presentation and communication skills
• Should... have a challenging and constructive mind set, to ensure conforming with core design principles
• Should have decisive, creative, analytical and proactive thinking
• Effective communication and relationship management
• Experience of SAAS technologies
• Key technical components Involved In: Scrum ceremonies
• Release Planning/Program Increment Planning
• Upgrades
• Platform operations and Management Required Technical and Professional Experience
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator
