Your mission:

Your mission as a Senior ServiceNow Technical Consultant/CTA/CMA is to be responsible for the implementation of stories following the standards of the area. You will participate in the design sessions, being able to lead part of them. You will attend definition sessions and collaborate in the... elaboration of design documents and the creation of technical user stories. You will perform the developments, the functional validation of the implemented process and you will support in the implementation of the project in production. You will be in charge of the resolution of high to medium complexity issues/defects including their escalation to production. You will participate in coordination with your colleagues in the different projects, helping the more junior profiles to grow.

Who are we looking for?

We are seeking confident, curious, and experienced ServiceNow resources that can implement any or a combination of ServiceNow modules: ITSM, ITAM, CSM, HRSD, ITOM, SPM, SecOps, IRM, and / or GRC and can enable our client, build custom business applications, and integrate ServiceNow and third-party applications and telephony platforms.

Requirements:

• 4+ years coding in JavaScript and ServiceNow deployments, implementations and / or integrations
• Experienced in building and supporting all ServiceNow modules for customers
• ServiceNow – Certified System Administrator is required
• ServiceNow – Certified Implementation Specialist is required
• Any one or combination of these modules: ITSM, ITAM, CSM, HRSD, ITOM, SPM, SecOps, GRC, IRM
• ServiceNow – Certified Application Developer is desired
• ServiceNow – Certified Technical Architect is desired
• ServiceNow – Certified Master Architect is desired
• Experience with database design schemas and data modeling
• Experience working with Web Services technologies such as SOAP and REST desired
• Experienced with JavaScript, Bootstrap, React, Angular, or Node.js
• Strong requirements gathering experience. Ability to work with business users and clients
• Strong interpersonal skills, customer-serving attitude, and appreciation for cultural diversity
• Proven team player
• ITSM and ITIL familiarity is required (ITIL Foundations certification preferred)
• Computer Science or Engineering degree or an equivalent preferred
