I am currently recruiting for a ServiceNow developer who’s got at least two years’ experience of platform development, on behalf of my client who are an emerging ServiceNow partner.

Whilst we are looking for exposure to a range of modules on the platform alongside ITSM, ideally you will be able to develop solutions on both the client and server side as well as assist in building integrations and preferably portal development. My client is willing to offer support, mentoring and training for the right individual.

This role will see you perform the following tasks:

• Working closely with BAs to understand requirements and develop solutions.
• Advise on... technical matters to explain challenges and solutions on a technical and non-technical level.
• Build and own development sprints, user stories, technical development stories and any technical build documentation needed as part of a customer engagement.
• Technical delivery (including development, testing and implementation) using several technical skills such as HTML, XML, JavaScript/AJAX, Integrations (web services, SOAP, email, MID, etc
• Demonstrate developed solutions to the client

To be successful in the role we are looking for:

• Hands-on ServiceNow implementation experience. (Certified Implementation Specialist).
• Experience using web technologies such as HTML, CSS, XML, JavaScript.
• Familiarity with ITIL methodology and procedures
