• Work with functional team and clients to understand requirements
• Develop scoped applications using ServiceNow platform functionality
• Create and maintain API and data integrations
• Design and develop reports and dashboards
• Follow ServiceNow best practices and latest features
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues
• Provide documentation and training

Requirements

• Minimum 5+ years of experience with ServiceNow
• Experience with Customer Service Management (CSM)
• Expertise in ServiceNow scripting
• Excellent understanding of ServiceNow data model and architecture
• Experience in custom application development
• Experience with Service Portal, Flow Designer, and workflows
• Experience building dashboards and reports
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Prior formal ServiceNow training/certifications preferable
