Job Summary Evaluates existing systems and/or user needs to analyze, design, recommend, and implement information system changes. Duties & Responsibilities This role requires ServiceNow Experience involving Domain Separation. Should understand how ServiceNow operates and provides services to ServiceNow customers. Develops, builds, and customizes applications and provides support responsibilities... to end-users of the software. Maintain and support the ServiceNow platform and modules (examples include: Service Catalog, Event, Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Asset and CMDB, Discovery, Knowledge, and Self-Service Portal). Has experience taking business requirements and design solutions to fit them using ServiceNow modules and custom apps. Can configure and deploy new functionality using ServiceNow and related web technologies. Can run queries/reports in the SN backend database(s) as may be needed. Create supporting system documentation including requirement documents, design documents and training guides. Contribute to the creation of custom reports and dashboards as well as generating visualizations and supporting metrics. ITSM, ITOM Discovert Service Mapping are required Salary Range: $80K -- $100K Minimum Qualification Software DevelopmentEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications
