Role Overview: Our client is seeking an experienced ITSM Consultant specializing in the ServiceNow tool. This role is ideal for a professional with in-depth knowledge of ITIL and ITSM processes and proven experience in ServiceNow implementation projects. Industry knowledge in financial services, insurance, or government is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analysis and Evaluation: Conduct thorough analysis and evaluation of customer requirements, developing optimised ITSM... processes based on ServiceNow and ITIL frameworks.
• Implementation: Lead the implementation of ServiceNow projects, ensuring alignment with customer needs and industry standards.
• Training and Workshops: Design and deliver comprehensive training courses and workshops to educate customers on ServiceNow functionalities and best practices.
• Professional Support: Provide expert technical advice and ongoing support to customers, ensuring successful adoption and utilisation of the ServiceNow platform.

Qualifications:

• Technical Expertise: Extensive knowledge of ITIL and ITSM processes, with significant experience in ServiceNow implementation projects.
• Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with industry-specific requirements in financial services, insurance, or government is a plus.
• Communication Skills: Proficient in German and English, both oral and written, is essential.
• Customer Focus: Strong analytical skills with a customer-oriented approach to delivering solutions.
