ServiceNow Solutions Engineer

Are you an experienced ServiceNow Developer who thrives on solving problems and transforming them into streamlined solutions? Tri-State Generation and Transmission Association is seeking an independent troubleshooter who can identify and implement IT solutions.

What you will do...

• Configure and customize the ServiceNow platform, set up ITSM modules, develop custom applications, and tailor user interface to improve operational efficiency and user satisfaction.
• Develop and integrate solutions with ServiceNow, using JavaScript and ServiceNow APIs.
• Identify and resolve technical issues within ServiceNow configurations, custom developments and integrations ensuring high system reliability and performance.
• Automate Process by creating and deploying automation scripts and workflows within ServiceNow to streamline business and IT processes, reducing manual effort, and improving accuracy.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation for system configurations, custom developments, and integrations. Update solutions regularly to ensure they meet current business needs and leverage new ServiceNow features.
• Collaborate with IT teams and business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver solutions aligned to organizational goals.
• Provide technical expertise and support to ensure successful adoption of ServiceNow functionalities.

You are adaptable, flexible, and able to prioritize your time and resources so you can manage numerous projects. You are a strong collaborator and can accomplish tasks by working well with others. You have:

• A bachelor's degree in computer science or information systems
• A ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification or a Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certification
• Proficient skills in JavaScript, REST, SOAP, and ServiceNow development practice
• Solid understanding of ITIL practices, IT service management processes, and ServiceNow platform administration
• Experience working with the ServiceNow platform to include configuration, development, and integration.
• Willingness to travel as required, and a valid driver’s license.
• Effective communication skills, with a strong focus on customer service.

What we offer:

• Salary Range $100,000 - $135,000
