ServiceNow Solution Architect

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Solution Architect to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the design, development, and deployment of innovative ServiceNow solutions that meet the needs of our organization. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand requirements, architect solutions, and ensure the successful implementation of ServiceNow modules. The ideal candidate will possess deep technical expertise in ServiceNow platform capabilities, IT asset lifecycle management and ITIL-based processes. strong communication skills, and a proven track record of delivering complex solutions that drive business value.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and implementation of ServiceNow solutions based on business requirements and industry best practices.
• Lead the design and implementation of ServiceNow solutions with a focus on IT Asset Management (ITAM) and IT process optimization.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to... gather and analyze requirements and translate them into technical solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
• Architect scalable and efficient solutions using ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, HR, and CSM.
• Proven experience as a ServiceNow Solution Architect, with specific expertise in IT Asset Management (ITAM) and IT process optimization.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Conduct workshops, demonstrations, and training sessions for stakeholders and end users.
• Ensure adherence to ServiceNow development best practices, standards, and governance policies.
• Perform hands-on configuration, customization, and development of ServiceNow applications as needed.
• Evaluate existing systems and processes and recommend improvements and enhancements.
• Stay current with ServiceNow platform upgrades, new features, and industry trends.
• Act as a subject matter expert (SME) on ServiceNow capabilities, advising on technical feasibility and implementation strategies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certifications required.
• Proven experience as a ServiceNow Solution Architect or similar role, with a minimum of X years of experience in ServiceNow platform implementations.
• Strong understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) processes, IT Operations Management (ITOM), and other ServiceNow modules.
• Proficiency in ServiceNow development including scripting (JavaScript, Glide), integrations, and APIs.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to identifying solutions.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
• Knowledge of ITIL framework principles and practices.
• Experience with ServiceNow upgrades and migrations

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75.46-$120.00 per hour
