Senior ServiceNow Consultant

As a Senior ServiceNow Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in partnering with stakeholders across various departments to gather requirements, design solutions, and implement enhancements within the ServiceNow platform. Your deep understanding of both business processes and ServiceNow capabilities will be crucial in optimizing workflows, enhancing efficiency, and driving business value.

Specifically, you will review and qualify existing ITSM and CSM backlogs, and propose improvements for both current and future processes.

Key Relationships

• ServiceNow Business Stakeholders: Including but not limited to business owners, business process owners, and end users.
• ServiceNow Product Team: Including product line manager, product owner, RTE, scrum master, and delivery team members.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to analyse and document business requirements for ServiceNow platform enhancements and initiatives.
• Translate business requirements into technical... specifications and design solutions that align with best practices and organizational goals.
• Lead workshops and meetings to facilitate requirements gathering, solution design, and stakeholder alignment.
• Partner with cross-functional teams, including IT, development, and operations, to implement and deploy ServiceNow solutions.
• Conduct thorough testing and validation of ServiceNow configurations and customizations to ensure quality and reliability.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on ServiceNow capabilities and best practices, providing guidance and recommendations to stakeholders and the product team.

Requirements

• Fluent French speaking is a must.
• Based anywhere in France.
• Strong and proven experience with ServiceNow key functionalities.
