ServiceNow Developer with ITSM Certification- W2 only

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and certified ServiceNow Developer with a strong background in IT Service Management (ITSM) to join our dynamic IT team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, configuring, and customizing the ServiceNow platform to support our ITSM processes. This role requires a thorough understanding of ITIL principles and best practices, as well as... hands-on experience with ServiceNow development.

Key Responsibilities:

• ServiceNow Development:
• Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow applications and solutions.
• Customize ServiceNow applications and facilitate rollout of new applications and modules.
• Configure workflows, business rules, UI policies, client scripts, and UI actions.
• ITSM Implementation:
• Integrate ServiceNow ITSM with other systems and tools as required.
• Develop and configure ITSM processes in alignment with ITIL standards.
• Provide ongoing support, maintenance, and enhancements for the ITSM modules.
• Technical Support:
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ServiceNow applications.
• Perform root cause analysis for technical issues and implement corrective actions.
• Collaboration and Documentation:
• Work closely with ITSM team members, business analysts, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Document development work, configurations, and processes according to company standards.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers and team members
