Job Description:

Hexagon Manufacturing Intelligence (HMI) is seeking a ServiceNow Project Manager with direct experience managing enterprise ServiceNow projects, particularly consolidation or mergers & acquisitions. The Senior ServiceNow Project Manager will be responsible for high complex enterprise ServiceNow projects and therefore should be a skilled project manager as well as have sufficient experience with ServiceNow technology suit.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Establishes project and program timelines and manages projects to ensure completion on schedule and within budget.
• Works closely with the ServiceNow Team and other relevant business team members to plan, manage, and deliver releases.
• Chairs project governance meetings and scrum meetings, if applicable.
• Coordinates with various teams and stakeholders, managing risks, and ensuring that project goals are met in a timely manner.
• Escalates topics when needed to... ServiceNow product Owners, Project Board and business stakeholders.
• Manages advisory session requests to ensure they are appropriately staffed.
• Works with resource Managers to determine demand and raise resource requests as needed.
• Works with Process manager to align business processes and define technical requirements for the ServiceNow development team
• Communicates technical topics, project status and solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Manages projects to implement solutions for Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog, Request, Asset, CMDB, GRC , performance analytics and Knowledge
• Manage projects for integration with multiple LDAP, SSO, SCCM, and other Infrastructure tools, as well as other Integration Hub spokes.
• Other duties as required

Basic Qualifications or experience:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, management information systems, or related field preferred
• +3 years ServiceNow Developer experience working with increasingly complex projects
• and +3 years on a Project or Program Management role
• ITIL V3 Foundation Certification, Implementation Specialist certification and Project Manager certification preferred
• Experience leading ServiceNow technical implementation efforts and projects for large enterprise organizations
• Experience translating business requirements into technical solutions.
• Experience transitioning legacy application services to SaaS solution.
• Experience providing technical consultancy for ServiceNow modernization projects, including strategic planning and implementation.
• Experience with end-user and stakeholder engagement, communication, and training.
• Deep knowledge of the ServiceNow platform suite and its capabilities
• Deep understanding of project management phases, techniques, and tools; ability to work with technical teams and business stakeholders to align processes and technical solutions.
• Good command of English oral and written, ideally C1 level or higher.
