Position: Senior ServiceNow Developer / Team Lead

Location: Washington D.C. Area, Hybrid 2 days per week...

Salary: 130,000 - 160,000, dependent on experience

Overview: Seeking a Senior ServiceNow Developer to join the team and take on the role of Team Lead. If you have a strong background in ServiceNow development and a passion for leading custom application development, integrations, and implementations, consider applying for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the team lead for custom application development, integrations, and implementations within the ServiceNow platform.
  • Develop, configure, and maintain ServiceNow applications and modules, ensuring alignment with business requirements and best practices.
  • Administer and optimize ServiceNow instances to ensure peak performance and reliability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and deliver projects successfully.
  • Utilize deep understanding of the ITIL framework to enhance IT service management processes.
  • Lead and mentor junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and excellence.

Qualifications:

  • Strong background in ServiceNow development with proven experience in administering ServiceNow instances.
  • ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) is required.
  • Extensive experience with ITOM, ITAM, ITBM, and ITSM modules.
  • Excellent understanding of the ITIL framework.
  • Ability to lead and manage a team effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
