Apex Systems is looking to hire an experienced ServiceNow Developer for one of their reputable clients

Duration: 6+ month contract with potential for hire

Pay Rate: 70+/hr

We’re looking for an IT professional to join a DevOps team supporting multiple ServiceNow environments. Members of the platform support team are responsible for the overall health and performance of the platform including incident and problem remediation; cloning, patching, and upgrades; application development in support of user task automation; and tier 3 level support assistance for both the platform operations tier 1 and 2 teams as well as other implementation and development teams.

Applicants should have a solid understanding of the following ServiceNow applications, modules, technologies, and functionality

• IT Operations Management (ITOM)
• IT Service Management (ITSM)
• Project Portfolio Management (PPM)
• Hardware and Software Asset Management (HAM & SAM)
• Configuration Management Database (CMDB)
• Common Services Data Module (CSDM)
• ServiceNow scripting using JavaScript
• MID server management
• Single Sign-On (SSO) configuration using both LDAP and SAML technologies
• HW and SW Asset Discovery
• Common NOW development components including data sources, transforms and RTE, Integration Hub ETL Flow Designer, script includes, scoped applications, update sets, Delegated Development, etc…
• Common user access tools such as ACL's and Data Filters
