Project scope:

• Design and customize ServiceNow applications, modules, workflows, and forms based on business requirements
• Create full project documentation (HLD, LLD) and build implementation plans
• Take end-to-end ownership of the implementation project
• Deliver architectural concepts on an enterprise level, with ServiceNow as a key element of larger modules
• Create scoped applications and troubleshoot custom scoped applications.
• Work with VA Chat, including setting up a VA Chat, creating/editing topics, and troubleshooting VA Chat integrations
• Create Flows and sub-flows, including setting integrations via FLOW Designer
• Handle CMDB implementation, troubleshooting, and maintenance
• Utilize advanced skills in ServiceNow scripting and work with highly customized ServiceNow Platforms
• Work with... Widgets, including troubleshooting and customization
• Manage Agile sprint work and Kanban work
• Provide alternative technical solutions or guidance as needed
• Design and implement ServiceNow configurations including tables, fields, forms, reports, and dashboards
• Perform unit testing, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure the quality and stability of developed solutions
• Create technical documentation including design documents, technical specifications, and test plans
• Extensive experience working with ServiceNow platform, including configuration, customization, and administration
• At least 7 years of experience in the role of ServiceNow Architect
• Expert-level knowledge in Service Catalog and Request Fulfilment
• Have proven experience with ServiceNow integrations with other third-party systems and applications using APIs, web services, and integration tools
• Practice in the implementation of ServiceNow Mobile Application
• Understand ITIL processes
• Proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale ServiceNow implementations and projects
• Being reliable and self-managing
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues
• Experience working in Agile or Scrum methodologies, with a focus on delivering incremental value to stakeholders
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders

Must have for CMA Level Architect role:

• ServiceNow Certified Master Architect
• Mainline Certification in CSA, CAD, and at least 4 other CIS Implementation certifications
• TOGAF certification
