■Job/Group Overview:

The candidate will be an active member of the global team. The company have invested significantly in ServiceNow as a strategic platform for over 8 years and have built a world class ServiceNow instance utilising both out of the box capabilities and also innovating well beyond the standard functionality. We are also planning significant further expansion in the near future across the whole Group companies.

Candidates will be tasked with building on previous innovations to drive the next stage of the ServiceNow platform roadmap from a technical perspective as an architect team lead.

Candidates will work with Technology teams in multiple regions to support the technical aspects of using ServiceNow to help drive... business.

候補者にはこれまでのイノベーションをベースにServiceNow プラットフォームのロードマップにおける次のステージへの推進を技術的な視点で担っていただきます。候補者には、国内外のテクノロジーチームと連携し、ServiceNowを活用したビジネス推進支援の技術的側面をサポートするチームをリードいただきます。

候補者には、各地域のテクノロジー部門と対面し、ロードマップの実現に向けてステークホルダーの要求を実際のソリューションへ変換していく際の技術的な観点で課題を解決していく能力が求められます。

■Responsibilities:

・Contribute to improve the user experience of stakeholders in technical aspects

・Work with stakeholders and other product owners to support the technical aspects of how they can best leverage ServiceNow to benefit their business

・Create and maintain strong relationships with our group wide senior executives.

・Create and maintain strong relationships with our Technology teams globally

・Be a ServiceNow Techinical expert and understand in detail the product from technical perspective

・Follow the vision direction and clarity of the internal ServiceNow team

・Datamine new stakeholder demand in using our agile framework.

・Prioritize outstanding demand with the team

・Ensure prioritization of deliverables align with the product strategy

・Ensure the backlog of outstanding demand is well enough defined for the team to properly prepare and estimate effort

・Perform demonstrations and reviews with your assigned stakeholders

・Work with the global Technology teams to find new opportunities to make better use of the product

・Work with stakeholders to help drive better adoption of the product

・当グループの経営層レベルのステークホルダーと信頼関係を構築・維持する

・グローバルのテクノロジーチームと強固な信頼関係を構築・維持する

・ServiceNowプロダクトの技術的専門家としての視点からプロダクトを詳細に把握する

・社内のServiceNowチームのビジョン、方向性にアラインし、ロードマップを実現する

・アジャイルのフレームワークを活用してステークホルダーから新たなニーズを引き出す

・未対応の要望に対しての優先順位付け

・プロダクト戦略に沿った成果物の優先順位付けを確保する

・チームが適切に準備や作業の見積もりができるように、未対応の要望が明確に定義されている状態にする

・当該ステークホルダーにデモンストレーションとレビューを提供する

・社内チームと協働し、現在のプロダクトをより効果的に活用する新たな方法を見出す

・ステークホルダーと連携しながらプロダクトをより合理的に利用を促進する 応募必要条件

スキル・資格 ■Mandatory ・10+ years of IT Serivce Management experience in a financial institution or IT firm ・3+ years of architect's experience in a financial institution or IT firm ・Must be a polished and disciplined communicator （both written and oral） with confidence necessary to lead recurring meetings with business team and technical team. ・Passionate in providing high quality customer service and learning new technologies ・Must demonstrate strong analytical and problem solving skills ・Must have excellent relationship management skills ・Must have the ability to multitask with task and time management skills ・Must be Nativelevel Japanese and business level in English. ・金融機関またはIT企業におけるIT Service Managementに10年以上の従事した経験 ・金融機関またはIT企業における３年以上のアーキテクトの経験 ・コミュニケーション能力に長け（書面と口頭）、自信を持ってIT部門との議論をリードできる方 ・高品質なカスタマーサービス提供と、新しいテクノロジーを学ぶことに熱意がある方 ・分析、問題解決能力に優れた方 ・リレーションシップ・マネージメントに優れた方 ・マルチタスクができる、高いタスク管理と時間管理能力をお持ちの方 ・ネイティブレベルの日本語、ビジネスレベルの英語能力 ■Preferred ・Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field ・Detailed ServiceNow product knowledge （especially ITSM ITOM CMDB Service Portal and Knowledge Management DevOps） ・Professional Scrum Product Owner certification would be beneficial ・Experience in both local and global teams ・Solid understanding of ITIL ・コンピュータサイエンス又は関連領域での学位 ・ServiceNowについての詳細なプロダクト知識（特にITSM、ITOM、CMDB、Service Portal、Knowledge Management DevOps） ・Professional Scrum Product Owner certification ・ローカルとグローバルチームとの協業経験がある方 ・ITILに関する確固たる理解 勤務地
