Salary: $160k-200k depending on experience + Benefits & Bonus

Overview:

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Architect to work hands on in the ServiceNow platform with projects focused on advancements in ITSM, CSM & HRSD.

What will you be doing:

• Collaborating closely with clients, leadership and a team of professionals within the ServiceNow Development team
• Utilize your knowledge & work projects broadly within CSM AND/OR HRSD.
• Gather requirements, create the roadmap & design ServiceNow solutions for external customers & stakeholders
• Work on implementations from start to finish, as well as integrations & modernizing the existing platform
• Lead the development team & be hands on technically as needed working to ServiceNow best practices for out-of-the-box solutions, as well as with custom solutions/apps as needed for specific requirements

Experience:

• Strong ServiceNow Architecture experience
• Consultancy experience
• 3+ years in ServiceNow experience minimum
• Modular experience with CSM &/OR HRSD
• ServiceNow certifications desirable - CSA, CAD, CIS etc...
