Role: ServiceNow ITSM/CSM Specialist
Location: Hyderabad, Pune, Bangalore
Responsibilities:
- Extensive experience with ServiceNow ITSM and CSM modules.
- Strong scripting abilities in JavaScript, GlideAjax, and GlideScript.
- Proficiency in Workflow Editor and Flow Designer, with experience handling complex workflows.
- Proven track record of implementing automation solutions within ITSM or CSM.
- Solid understanding of REST and SOAP WebService APIs for system integration.
- At least 2+ years of experience working with ServiceNow CSM.
