Spanish ServiceNow ITSM Developer

Position: ITSM ServiceNow Developer

Location: Canada (Remote)

Hours: 10-20 hours per week

Contract Type: 3 months, with high chance of extension, long term.

Language: Spanish (Mexican) and English is a must

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage Service Catalogs (update existing ones and generate new ones)
• Expand SLA definition and tracking
• Revamp and manage Notifications

Requirements:

• Must be incorporated in the USA or Canada
• Experience in ServiceNow development
• Proficiency in creating and managing Service Catalogs, SLAs, and Notifications
