ServiceNow Developer

We are looking for Service Now Administrator/Developer who will be a key member of the ServiceNow product team and will be responsible for implementing platform and product solutions that are aligned to the overall platform design principles and strategy, as well as general administration of the platform. Become a core member of the team working alongside the Technical Lead and other developers within the team in a highly collaborative environment.

Role and responsibilities:

Key responsibilites:

• Contribute to the overall development cycle to deliver value and successful outcomes
• Be empowered to lead aspects (e.g., demos/training/solutions) of the overall development to deliver value and successful outcomes
• Perform System Administration activities in support of the platform, including Release activities.
• Support and lead ways of working to ensure the execution of the development is delivered in a fun, positive and energetic way
• Have an awareness of the impact of the... solutions you are providing to other areas of the platform
• Challenge the norm, transform ways of working and stimulate new ways of thinking and ensure the customer is at the heart of everything we do.

• Scrum ceremonies
• Release Planning/Programme Increment Planning
• Upgrades
• Platform operations and Management

Requirements/Qualifications and Skills:

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator
• Experience of SAAS technologies and key technical components
• Good presentation and communication skills
• Should have a challenging and constructive mind set, to ensure conforming with core design principles
• Should have decisive, creative, analytical and proactive thinking
• Effective communication and relationship management

Preferred Technical and Professional Experience:

ServiceNow Certs including:

• ServiceNow, ServiceNow Administration and ServiceNow Application Development Fundamentals
