Summary Description: We are seeking a Senior ServiceNow Software Engineer to join our team at a leading national security company. This is a fully remote opportunity supporting large Department of Defense programs. Skills:

• Proficiency in scripting, Java, JavaScript, ITIL, and ServiceNow

Responsibilities:

• Configure software across various technical areas
• Analyze business requirements and develop technical solutions
• Design application modules, workflows, and catalog requests
• Deliver ServiceNow-based solutions for clients
• Support the development and maintenance of a software development environment covering the entire SDLC
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan, design, and deploy Cloud-based capabilities
• Provide technical support and guidance to stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with government and corporate policies

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 8 years of experience (or equivalent)
• Demonstrable experience in developing and delivering ServiceNow applications
• U.S. Citizenship and the ability to obtain/maintain a SECRET clearance
• Excellent communication and documentation skills
• Ability to work effectively in distributed teams

Preferred Qualifications:

• Current Secret or above security clearance
• Working knowledge of cloud environments (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
• Advanced understanding of ITIL and Configuration Management Best Practices
• Familiarity with infrastructure tools, servers, databases, networking, and storage technologies
• CompTIA A+, Network+, and/or Security+ certifications
