Title: ServiceNow ITAM SAMPRO Developers

Role And Responsibilities

  • Minimum 8 years of experience working with the ServiceNow platform
  • Experience in implementing ServiceNow and SAMPro
  • Expertise in implementing various ServiceNow modules like ITSM and CSM
  • Understanding of Angular-based client-side and server-side scripts
  • Plan and track the work of teams using an Agile approach
  • Hands-on experience in JavaScript
  • Detailed understanding of ITIL v4 processes
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • Good collaboration skills and teamwork ethic
  • Attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Good work ethic, ambition, and organization
  • Ability to understand business requirements for ServiceNow
  • Excellent time management... organizational skills, crisis management, and problem-solving skills are essential
  • Manage project team and tasks
  • Communicate with business users regarding project progress, status, issues, and risks
  • Manage project timeline and ensure completion within schedule and budget
  • Plan project scope and establish measurable goals
  • Work closely with ServiceNow engagement manager and team members to plan, manage, and deliver releases
  • Attend project governance meetings and scrum meetings
  • Organize project kickoff and process workshops
  • Facilitate activities through training, testing, go-live, and post go-live support

Candidate Qualifications: Certification in ServiceNow Administration is a must. Additional certifications such as ServiceNow Certified Implementation specialist or ServiceNow Master Architect are a plus.

Required Skills

  • Strong understanding of ServiceNow requirements
  • Ability to provide design and technical solutions for ServiceNow implementation
  • Expertise in architecting integrations with ServiceNow using LDAP, Single Sign-on, Mid server, Web-services, Email, and other technologies
