ServiceNow Consultant (31351)

Myticas Consulting's direct client based out of the GTA is expanding their ServiceNow team and is looking for experienced professionals for long-term REMOTE and HYBRID contracts.

Roles Available:

• Senior Configuration / ServiceNow Discovery Analysts
• Senior ServiceNow Developers
• ServiceNow Solution Architects
• ServiceNow BSA's

Key Requirements:

• Minimum of 6 years of experience with ServiceNow.
• A proven track record in the finance industry is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting.

Senior Configuration / ServiceNow Discovery Analysts

Responsibilities:

• Experience in implementing CMDB
• Experience with ServiceNow Discovery or equivalent technology
• Understanding of Agile delivery methodology
• Good documentation skills
• Good data management skills
• At least 5 years of relevant experience
• Understanding of IT Hardware and Software Management... functions

Qualifications:

• Extensive experience in ServiceNow configuration and Discovery.
• In-depth knowledge of ITSM processes and best practices.

Senior ServiceNow Developers

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions.
• Customize ServiceNow applications and facilitate the rollout of new modules.
• Troubleshoot and resolve application issues.

Certifications

• Certified System Administrator (CSA)
• Certified Application Developer (CAD)
• Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS)
• Certified Integration Specialist

At least 3 Micro certifications such as;

• Flow Designer
• Automated Test Framework
• Application Developer Process Creator
• Application Developer User Interface creator
• Integration Hub
• Service Portal
• Predictive Intelligence

Experience

• Minimum 5 years experience developing in the ServiceNow platform
• Must be able to script using JavaScript and PowerShell
• Must have previous experience with CMDB and ITAM.
• Experience in a matrix environment, such as a large, publicly-traded corporation
• Ability to facilitate between and influence key decision-makers

ServiceNow Solution Architects

Responsibilities:

• Design and architect ServiceNow solutions to meet business needs.
• Provide strategic guidance and technical expertise.
• Ensure the scalability and performance of the ServiceNow platform.

Certifications

• Certified Technical Architect (CTA)
• Certified System Administrator (CSA)
• Certified Application Developer (CAD)
• Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS)
• Certified Integration Specialist

Experience

• Minimum 5 years experience working in the ServiceNow platform
• Minimum 3 years’ experience as a ServiceNow Solution Architect
• Minimum 2 years Solution experience in ITSM, ITOM, ITBM and Integrations
• Knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, AngularJS, HTML, AJAX, CSS, JSON
• Excellent knowledge of CSDM 4.0, ServiceNow CMDB structure, UI/UX and ITAM
• Experience in a matrix environment, such as a large, publicly-traded corporation

ServiceNow CMDB/discovery/BSA's
