Key Responsibilities:

Solution Design and Implementation:

  • Lead the design and implementation of ServiceNow solutions in ITAM, ITSM, PPM, or GRC domains.
  • Develop and configure ServiceNow applications, modules, workflows, and integrations.
  • Ensure solutions align with business objectives and industry best practices.

Client Engagement and Management:

  • Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and translate them into technical requirements.
  • Provide expert guidance and recommendations on ServiceNow best practices and solutions.
  • Conduct workshops, training sessions, and presentations for clients.

Project Leadership:

  • Manage and deliver multiple ServiceNow projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including developers, business analysts, and stakeholders.
  • Perform risk assessment and mitigation planning throughout project lifecycles.

Technical Expertise:

  • Maintain a deep understanding of ServiceNow platform capabilities and stay current with the latest updates and features.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to ServiceNow implementations.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior consultants and team members.

Documentation and Reporting:

  • Develop comprehensive project documentation, including design specifications, test plans, and user guides.
  • Prepare and present regular status reports to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, standards, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in ServiceNow consulting, with a focus on ITAM, ITSM, PPM, or GRC.
  • Proven track record of successful ServiceNow implementations and project delivery.
  • Extensive experience in client-facing roles and managing stakeholder relationships.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficient in ServiceNow development, including scripting (JavaScript), integrations (REST/SOAP), and custom application development.
  • Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture, data model, and best practices.
  • Knowledge of ITIL, Agile, and other relevant frameworks.

Certifications:

  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) required.
  • Preferred CIS ITSM, GRC and or ITAM. If you don’t have any certs and you pass the technical interview, we would be willing to invest in your training and certification.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
