Responsibilities:
Order management experience is a MUST
- Design and Development:
o Design, develop, and maintain integrations with other applications such as Active Directory, Workday, Altiris, Casper, and Jira.
o Configure and implement custom applications/modules within ServiceNow.
o Optimize the ServiceNow data model and structures, enforcing coding standards across development teams.
- ServiceNow Platform Engineering:
o Configure and engineer the ServiceNow platform (on-premise) with ITSM modules, including Service Request, Incident, Problem, Change, and Configuration Management.
o Ensure compliance with security and regulatory requirements.
- Collaboration and Communication:
o Collaborate closely with peers to ensure timely delivery within scope and budget.
o Communicate effectively with clients, providing process-level insights and managing distributed development teams.
- Experience and Qualifications:
o Significant experience with on-premise ServiceNow implementations spanning ITSM and security/regulatory disciplines.
o Familiarity with ServiceNow table structures and data models.
o Certifications in ITIL, ITSM, EA, JSON, API, REST, XML, SOAP, V3, and HR are preferred.
