IT Service Now Developer

A company is looking for a HR IT ServiceNow Developer.

Key Responsibilities...

• Develop and sustain the ServiceNow IT Service Management system to improve access to Information Technology services
• Provide technical assistance for software configuration/customization, workflow administration, and third-party software integrations
• Resolve business problems leveraging system capabilities and reduce service process gaps

Required Qualifications:

• 1-3 years of direct experience as a ServiceNow administrator
• Comprehensive understanding of Service Management processes
• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, technology, clinical or related discipline desired
• ServiceNow System Administrator Certification preferred
• ITIL V3 Foundation certification preferred
