Required Skills & Experience:

• Proficiency in ServiceNow: Extensive experience in writing and manipulating objects in ServiceNow.
• Service Catalog Expertise: Proven track record in building workflows and record producers.
• CMDB Module Experience: Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with the CMDB module.
• Experience: 8+ years of relevant experience in ServiceNow development.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, configure, and improve core and custom applications in ServiceNow.
• Build and maintain workflows, record producers, and custom applications.
• Manage and maintain the CMDB module, ensuring data accuracy and reliability.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver solutions that meet business needs.
