Planet Technology's direct end-user client is looking for a ServiceNow ITOM Engineer to join them on a permanent, full-time salaried basis. This a remote position working EST hours. You would be working on the design... development, maintenance, and support of their ITOM solution.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of ServiceNow ITOM design, development, administration, and support
• 5= years of CMDB configuration management experience
• Well-versed with Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and Cloud Managment
• Integration with third party systems and cloud solutions
• Skilled with JavaScript
• Active CIS and CSA certifications
• Experience with Flow Designer and UI Scripting, UI Action, UI Policy, and UI Macro
• Good communication skills
