Hours: Approx. 310 hours | need between 16-24 hours per week

Location: Remote

Scope:

Customer has engaged ServiceNow Customer Outcomes to support planning, design, and build/configuration of a 'Lessons Learned' application leveraging ServiceNow Application

Engine. The goal of this application is to capture, validate, store, and communicate knowledge gained by experience across the regions and product lines/departments. This application is expected to be delivered over two (2) phases. Lessons learned application will be designed to:

  • Capture Lessons Learned
  • Validation lessons learned.
  • Store Lessons Learned.
  • Communicate Lessons Learned
  • Transfer of Lessons Learned into procedures/processes. Lessons learned lifecycle management (Creation, validation, knowledge transfer, archive of LL).

CERTS: CAD, CSA & Minimum of 2 CIS
