Senior ITAM Consultant

A company is looking for a Senior Technical Consultant in ITAM.

Key Responsibilities...

• Create automated business processes using coding and solve client issues with the platform
• Develop skills in ITIL processes, web-based application development, and systems integrations
• Engage with clients, manage time effectively, and solve complex problems

Required Qualifications:

• Software engineer, technician, technologist, or related education certificate
• Experience in ServiceNow development, particularly with ITAM and ITSM tools
• Experience working under ITIL framework, with certification preferred
• 4+ years of software development experience and 3+ years with ServiceNow
• Advanced skills in JavaScript, CSS3, and HTML5
