As a Senior HR ServiceNow Architect, you will play a pivotal role in our ServiceNow practice, focusing on designing and implementing comprehensive solutions aligned with client needs and industry best practices. This position offers full remote flexibility across the United States.
Key Responsibilities
Solution Design and Architecture: Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to gather requirements, understand business processes, and design scalable ServiceNow solutions. Create detailed technical designs that meet short- and long-term client needs.
Technical Consultation: Serve as a trusted advisor, offering expert guidance on ServiceNow capabilities, customization options, and best practices. Propose innovative solutions to address client challenges.
Implementation Support: Work closely with project teams to ensure accurate implementation of ServiceNow solutions. Provide technical oversight and support to developers.
Integration and Automation: Design and oversee integration with other systems to automate workflows and ensure data integrity.
Performance Optimization: Analyze and optimize system performance to enhance efficiency and responsiveness.
Quality Assurance and Security: Develop quality assurance plans and ensure adherence to security best practices and compliance requirements.
Documentation and Knowledge Sharing: Create comprehensive technical documentation and contribute to team knowledge sharing through workshops and presentations.
Required Qualifications
8+ years of technical experience, including workflow configuration and business rule development.
Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform capabilities, modules, and integrations.
Active ServiceNow Certified System Administrator and Certified Implementation Specialist in at least two other ServiceNow applications.
US Citizenship required; ability to obtain Public Trust clearance.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Additional mainline certifications such as CIS in Human Resources or IT Service Management.
