Skills:

• 8+ years of technical experience, including workflow configuration and business rule development.
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform capabilities, modules, and integrations.
• Active ServiceNow Certified System Administrator and Certified Implementation Specialist in at least two other ServiceNow applications.
