Requirements:

• Degree in computer science or similar qualification
• Several years of experience in IT process development, business applications, workflows, data models, and ServiceNow APIs
• Experience in the administration and support of ServiceNow
• Knowledge of Unix, Windows environments, database systems, and scripting languages
• Customer-oriented, resilient, and analytical with strong communication skills
• Fluent in German and English

Responsibilities:

• Developing processes, data models, workflows, and APIs in ServiceNow
• Supporting error and quality reports creation
• Administering monitoring and implementing adjustments to IT service management tools
• Collaborating with process owners on process design
• Developing monitoring applications and leading partial projects
