Job... Role- ServiceNow Reporting Manager

Job Type – Contractual (Project Based Duration)

Job Location- Brisbane or Sydney

To help us level up, you'll ideally have:

  • Experience (minimum type and level of experience required to perform the role).
  • Establish ITSM and SIAM reporting framework.
  • Demonstrated experience in ServiceNow and PowerBI, report generation and utilising large data sets is essential
  • Design and lead implementation of a new ITSM and SIAM aligned reporting framework.
  • 2+ years ServiceNow development and Performance Analytic experience – Mandatory
  • 2+ years working within reporting – Desired
  • 2+ years working with Power BI
  • Engage with stakeholders of various business units on understanding business requirements
  • Understand group trends for continuous improvement in reporting strategies
  • Ongoing ownership and management of the reporting suite and systems
  • Engage with process owners to define metrics for SLA reporting
  • Ensure metrics align with endorsed governance framework
  • Guiding and supporting the team in progressing the team deliverables they are responsible for and in meeting their own performance goals
